At any given time as Batman, you have the run of the roofs, rafters, and other vantage points of the islands of Gotham City. Thugs affiliated with several of Batman’s greatest foes have overrun the city, and are found rioting and looting and joyriding through the streets below anywhere you care to look. You can descend and thin their ranks for combat practice, WayneTech Upgrade Points, and to find Riddler Informants, but you’ll never beat back the tide of goons without engaging in missions to track down their leaders.
