As soon as you reach the centre of this strange, three-pronged passageway, nefarious magic seals the exits, forcing you to fight a couple of waves of Undead. Thankfully, they’re the slow, feeble type so don’t expect much resistance. When you’re done, smash up the barrels nearby to score a delightful Pudding Basin hairstyle card.
If you’re in the mood for a bit of a detour, head through the door to the north and follow the passage along to the end. You’ll have some slightly stronger Undead opponents to deal with, plus a few exploding fungi, too. Oh, and a Nymph, as if the rest weren’t enough to keep you occupied. Grab the Resurrection Phial from the chest then return to the central chamber, ready to head south-east. Wind down the passage, dealing with an onslaught of progressively more powerful Undead enemies. Note that savvy Heroes with no huge desire for additional Experience might want to use Assassin’s Rush to slip on through to the exit with minimal fuss.
