  • Reward: High drachmae, epic torso armor (Captain’s Chest), medium XP
  • Story: Captain Gotarzes marooned himself and his crew on a small island near Keos. He desperately needs to escape the island and his own men. You agree to take him back to Keos.

If you currently have the Pirate Hospitality chapter in your Quests log, speaking to Gotarzes adds this quest as a support quest for Island of Misfortune.

During Island of Misfortune, you can avoid paying Xenia 17,000 drachmae by completing a few quests for her. This is one of those quests.

Find and talk to Captain Gotarzes on the small island of Lestris, south of Keos. Defend the stranded captain from four of his own men (three low-level thugs and an elite). Once they have been taken care of, talk to the captain and then escort him back to Xenia. Sail north to Koressia or fast-travel back to the island. You will need to run down to the dock to complete the quest and get your reward.
