  • Story: When sickness spread in Kausos, many fell victim to its sweep. The only way to stop the spread, says a priest, is to kill any and all survivors.

Find Phoibe near Markos’s estates. She wants you to help out a sick family at the Village of Kausos in Cursed Valley of Pali. Choose to fight the priest and two more soldiers, or kill the villagers. This has big consequences down the road, so consider your choice wisely.
