What Lies Below the Surface

  • Location: Warrior’s Rest on Dikte Plateau, Pephka
  • Reward: Rare torso armor (Minotaur Torso), rare mace (Minotaur Mace), medium XP
  • Story: You team up with two warrior brothers and venture deep into the caves of Pephka to finally confront the dreaded Minotaur and win Leiandros’s much-vaunted Prize of Pephka.

Find and talk to the warriors to the east and find out more about the Minotaur’s location. Hop on the nearby horse and ride with them to the Cave of the Brave. Follow the cave around to the left and down to the lower level, where snakes greet your arrival. Continue ahead to find the “minotaur.” The two brutes and a light soldier ambush you, so kill them. Talk to the “minotaur.”
