Story: Ending the reign of terror on Thasos from Cult guards would need one last push. You could handle it alone, or let the begrudged Thasians have their turn.

Return to the doctor at the quarry and kill the two cult guards. Next return to Neleus with the antidote at Mikkos’s House and kill two more guards. Talk to the elder who approaches the house and choose to fight alone or along with the islanders.

Travel to the Ancient Stronghold in northwest Sky Fall Lakes. You must kill the Cult general inside the stronghold. He is held up in the temple at the top of the hill There are a slew of enemies as you fight your way to him. If you brought the islanders, they will start out at the front gate—keeping some of the cultists busy. If you chose to go alone, a good strategy is to skip the lower soldiers altogether. Climb up the west side and eliminate the guards outside the temple. The general is alone or joined by one guard inside. Use Rush Assassination to get the jump on him, and then move the fight into the back room to avoid attracting unwanted attention. Escape the Ancient Stronghold and meet up with the others outside the stronghold’s main entrance.
