Next, find the Tomb of Orion in northern Oropos Heights. Enter the tomb to find Aristomachos and talk to him. This leads you to the Cave of Madness in central Oropos Heights; an entrance is found on the north side of the mountain. Find three crazed worshippers inside and kill them. Loot the stele piece from the Cave of Madness and return it to Eppie.
