  • Location: Mytilene, next to Customs Warehouse (Lover’s Bay, Lesbos island)
  • Reward: Rare head armor (Wolfslayer’s Helmet), medium drachmae (if you kill the wolf), medium XP (if you kill the wolf)
  • Story: Concerned about her husband’s obsession with hunting down a giant wolf, a woman hires you to take care of the beast and find her husband.

After talking to the wife, travel to the Lost Shrine of Poseidon in the hills of Mytilene. You may need to kill the boars before investigating the hunting gear, body, and blood at the shrine. Track the missing hunter south from the ruins, up the hill into White Wolf Cave. Find the hunter inside the cave and talk to him. You have the choice to leave the hunter for the wolf or to kill the elite wolf and loot its pelt. Return to the wife to complete the quest. If you left her husband, you receive only XP. Talk to her again and your bounty is greatly increased. If you killed the wolf, you receive the full reward.
