As you follow the guide arrow through Americana Casino en route to the “Lost...” side mission, make a quick stop at the casino’s central bar, Shots & Awe, where you discover an endless supply of wine, vodka, and whiskey on its spherical shelving.
A blender sits on the nearby counter, making this an excellent place to mix up super-nutritional juice drinks!
You could flip to the “Appendix” chapter of this guide for a complete list of all possible juice drinks, but we’ll boil things down for you here. Shots & Awe conveniently allows you to make two very useful juice drinks, and you’d be wise to take full advantage:

Restores six units of health and reduces the damage Chuck suffers from enemy attacks. Combine two whiskeys or two vodkas together. |
Use the blender to fill Chuck’s inventory with Pain Killers, excluding the two slots being occupied by spiked bats. Depending on which of Chuck’s stats have improved through leveling up thus far, you may be able to carry two or more Pain Killers.
Forgo the Quick Steps for now; although extremely useful, these won’t be of much use once survivors begin to follow you.
