Come over to the Food Court for hearty meals from all four corners of the globe. From burgers to pasta, cheesecake to tacos, we’ve got everything your empty stomach craves!

POINTS OF INTEREST

1. MAINTENANCE ROOM 5

Visit the Food Court’s only maintenance room to score the makings for a sticky bomb (a lawn dart and dynamite), along with the components for a fiery molotov (a newspaper and bottle of whiskey, which lies just outside the room). Talk about explosive favor!

2. GOOD EATS

There’s obviously no shortage of health-restoring nourishment within the Food Court, but certain spots supply better foods than others.

You’ll find unlimited amounts of pie and cake at Cheesecake Mania if you smash the glass counter—these aren’t the most powerful restoratives, but with an unlimited supply, it’s a good spot to hit if you just want to heal Chuck.

Speedy expresso sports two milks behind the counter, along with a potent coffee creamer. very nutritious!

Of course, nothing beats a healthy juice blend, and the Rojo Diablo Mexican Restaurant has the blender you need to mix up all sorts of drinks. Juices bestow special benefts to Chuck; see the “Appendix” chapter for full disclosure.

3. COOK IT UP

Did you know that Chuck can score 1,000 PP by getting cheffy in the kitchen?

Several of the Food Court’s eateries have stoves in their kitchens that can be examined; do this with a pan in hand to have Chuck place the pan on the burner, heating it up for a tasty PP morsel.

The following four stores have one or more stoves that can be used to score a bit of bonus PP:

4. FOOD FIGHT

Health-restoring nourishment is everywhere in the Food Court, but there are some fine weapons to be had here as well.

Most of the best are found within Hamburger Fiefdom; here you’ll discover a training sword mounted to the wall, along with two lances held by suits of armor — all very deadly.

Inside Hungry Joe’s Pizzeria, make a leap from the back counter to reach the top of the kitchen vents. This is a jump for joy, for up here you discover a razor-sharp machete!

Then there’s the pair of pitchforks you can’t miss as you enter the Wild West Grill House. These aren’t the best weapons around, but by combining them with the drill motors hidden atop the Food Court’s upper platforms, you can create some exceptional augers (More on the upper platforms in a bit).

5. CASH DIET

Low on funds? Find an ATM just outside of Rojo Diablo Mexican Restaurant, and another on the wall between Cucina Donnacci and the Wild West Grill House. Bash these for fast cash, or zap ’em with a hacker combo weapon for even more bills.

6. DINE AND DASH

Climb to the top of the small, circular booth near the food court’s south entrance to discover a very rare item: the mighty moosehead! don this unique piece of headgear, then hold the attack button to run around, ramming through zombies as you move at speed.

The skulls affixed to the wall of the Wild West grill house can be used in a similar fashion.

7. UP ALONG THE AWNINGS

Hop onto the snack machines near Lombardi’s. From this height, you can jump onto Lombardi’s awning to access a hidden storage space!

First things first: Circle around Lombardi’s awning to discover a hidden stick of dynamite. Hang onto this for now.

The storage space contains a drill motor—this can be combined with one of the pitchforks at the Wild West Grill House to create the deadly auger combo weapon.

The high storage area also contains two bow and arrow weapons, along with a second stick of dynamite. This gives you the makings for two mighty blambows!

At the storage area’s far end sits a magazine, Bargaining 2, which reduces the cost of pawnshop items by 10 percent.

Combine this with other Bargaining magazines to greatly reduce the cost of pawnshop goods—see the poster map or “appendix” chapter for a complete listing of magazines.

Step onto Speedy Expresso’s awning, and from there, jump to the neighboring awning (Joe’s Pizzeria) to obtain a rapid-fire assault rife that makes short work of zombies.

Lastly, a second drill motor sits atop the Wild West grill house’s exterior catwalk. To reach it, climb onto the snack machines near the grill house, then leap up to the catwalk.

Grab the drill motor and combine it with the grill house’s other pitchfork to create a second deadly auger.

8. COMBO CARD: BLAMBOW

Inspect the poster on the wall near the Wild West Grill House to obtain the blambow combo card. Now you can score even more PP from kills you make with these fantastic combo weapons, whose ingredients you find in the Food Court’s elevated storage space.
