This mission prompts you to get the Teleport Dish, but you must complete the next mission (Teleporter Dish Crate Crash) to unlock the toy. Once the building is available, go into the Toy Store and buy the Teleporter Dish.
Teleporter Dish Crate Crash

It’s crate crashing time again. Most are pretty easy to locate, except for one tricky crate. To find the first two, go to the high ridge just east of the Shield Tower that is to the right of the Challenge beacon. On this plateau is a crate to the right of the rocket house. The second one is even closer to the rocket house, but on a ledge up above.
The next crate is a little difficult to find and requires a lot of ledge leaping. After breaking the two previous crates, jump up to the thin ledge and move hand over hand while leaping up around the large rocky column.
At the end of this ledge, jump up two levels and work your way back in the opposite direction, to the left, until you are over the lip of a cave that is below. Drop down and enter the cavern to smash the troublesome crate.
Go back out where you first leapt up to those ledges and follow the curving path toward the entrance of Goo Valley. The fourth crate is in plain sight on this route. Across a few floating platforms on the right side of the Goo Valley entrance is the last crate.

Teleportation Made Fun and Easy
The Teleporter Dish has a special teleport pad in front of it that can take you to several hard-to-reach locations of the Main Town. Press the big IN button to change the image on the screen and use the pad to zip off to the corresponding location.
There are four different destinations you can warp to based on the image above the button. Here are the images and locations you will be teleported to.
The image on the screen of the Waterfall will take you to a high chunk of rock way out in the Waterfall area.
Look for the image of a semicircle to teleport in the mountains behind the Shield Generator.
The image of a long ledge will warp you all the way out to the edge of the Canyon.
The final screen image shows a little rocket house, allowing you to teleport to the right ridge by the entrance to Goo Valley.
