Speak to Luigi to learn about drifting. All the famous race cars are doing it, and Fillmore’s special fuel will build up your turbo power each time you do. A drift is performed by pressing the accelerator and brake at the same time while steering in the direction you want to go. A drift can be held as long as you like, but it is mainly used in turns. To complete the mission, perform a drift while following the arrows in a circle around Luigi. When the turbo meter is filled, the mission will be over.

Next to the Fire Station is a small car that is looking for someone to do air tricks. Simply follow the request from the little car to learn how to jump and perform a flat spin, barrel roll, front flip, and back flip. They are all simple moves that require a jump and a press of the control stick in one of four directions. This must be completed in 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Perform Tricks
- Mission Giver: Little Tan Car (blue picture in mission list)
- Type: Stunt/Trick
- Rewards: 250 Coins / 50 Sparks
Wii Rewards:500 Coins / 100 Sparks
Now that you know how to perform several tricks, the same car that gave you the quick tutorial wants to see three cool stunts done from a high place. This event has a 1 minute and 30 seconds time limit, but that shouldn’t present any problems. Luckily the Fire Station right next to the little car has a ramp that is a great spot to do all three of these tricks. Drive up the hill opposite the Fire Station and hit the ramp with as much speed as possible. The first trick the little car wants to see is a double front flip, so hit the ramp and hold forward to flip twice in a row before landing. Next up is the barrel roll. That can be done by holding right on the stick. Finally, do a double back flip by holding back on the control stick.

Jump into The Barn
- Mission Giver: Little Grey Car (blue picture in mission list)
- Type: Trick/Stunt
- Rewards: 100 Coins / 50 Sparks
Wii Rewards:250 Coins / 50 Sparks
A little car in front of The Barn heard that it was impossible to jump all the way through The Barn. To prove it wrong, press the button on the silo to drop the ramp and build up the turbo meter.
The jump will be easy if you can get enough speed when you hit the ramp, and a turbo boost will take care of that issue. Note that you don’t need to jump through the entire barn, but merely get up to the top section and then you can drive through.
