Use the dinghy to sail up the river of the bayou to find Tia Dalma’s home. Use the onboard cannon to shoot any of the nasty bomb-tossing turtles and floating debris.
Dock the ship and take out a tougher pair of enemies that can block. Rather than get into a battle of attrition, block their attack and counter with a combo.
Continue to follow the compass and climb up the wooden ladder to find Tia Dalma.
Help Me an’ I Help You

Tia tells you the importance of the map and finding the five pieces of the Kraken’s Bane. However, before she tells you where to look for them she has a statue that needs fixing and you’re just the pirate for the job. Jump down from her treetop dwelling and leap across a small gap.
Leap up to a thin edge on a rock wall and follow it all the way around to the left. Jump down to encounter the Stinky Man and follow the path up several plateaus.
Eventually you will find the wooden ladder that leads to the first piece of the statue—the head. Wipe out the turtle guard and grab the head, which will teleport to its proper place next to the ladder leading up to Tia Dalma.
Slide down the nearby yellow rope that places you right where the statue will reside. From here, the second piece is in the same direction as the docks, but up a narrow ramp instead.
Follow the compass to cross two small bridges and leap up a series of ledges to find the second piece of the statue—a skull-like hunk of stone.
Run around the corner of the tree to find a rope that you can slide down to reach a stone structure in the middle of the swamp. Climb up the stony ruins and use the rail slide technique once more to reach the final piece. Take note of the nearby gate with a bomb symbol on it. You can’t open these types of doors yet, but on your return trip you will have the ability to do so.
The statue will re-form near the base of the ladder to Tia Dalma. Go back to her now that it has been restored and learn about the five pieces of the Kraken’s Bane.
