Baron Von Ruthless has been spotted in the city. Track him down using the compass, but don’t expect him to stand still. The Baron will quickly move to several key locations and you must follow him. The first spot to track him is on a building with brown brick bands and light-colored squares. Climb the pipe to make it to the rooftops.
From here, climb up the side of the billboard to make your way to the very top of the roof.
The hunt continues on a rooftop in the distance. This is a great spot to use the Hover Board to quickly travel from roof to roof.
Next, climb up a few vent shafts on that roof and slide across the black wire to another building. Make your way up to the top of the roof to finally find the Baron.
Bomb Scare

Baron Von Ruthless is living up to his namesake by placing a bomb that transforms citizens into monsters. If you just finished Ruthless Discovery, you can simply jump from the rooftop and land right next to the bomb. Take out any Omnidroids in the area and pick up the bomb to carry it near the water’s edge. The only way to destroy the Baron’s bombs are to immerse them in water. This fact will be very important in later missions.

You didn’t think with a name like Baron Von Ruthless that he would settle for placing a single bomb, did you? He has upped the ante and placed four of them around the fountain on the Big Island. Use the compass to track them down and toss them into the fountain to destroy them.
The bombs will infect any citizen that gets close to the toxic fumes, turning them into green hulking monsters. To make matters worse, Omnidroids will swarm the scene, making it tough to carry the bombs to the fountain.
If you start to get overwhelmed, toss the bomb in the direction of the fountain and clear out any nearby threats to make it easier to get the bomb under water without getting harassed.
