Similar to the previous areas there is a somewhat hidden mission to collect 20 OK pennants at Frat Row. Complete all the Main Missions first to fill out the Row with buildings and ramps that will make it a lot easier to collect the pennants.

Go outside the gates of M.U. to find the tunnel to Frat Row.
