You might not have that much to spend so early on. If you want to buy the building now, go smash some hay bales or complete a few more missions to save up. After building this structure, you can get some new missions from Fillmore.

Fillmore’s organic fuels are awesome, but he is working on making the ultimate fuel that only requires one tank. The groovy van needs some new materials and asks your help to collect three corn for his new recipe. Follow the compass and use the tow cable to collect the corn.
When the corn is attached to your car, tow it back to Fillmore’s and go to the back near several colorful barrels to drop it off in the mixer.
