Find Luigi

  • Mission Giver: Luigi
  • Type: Locate
  • Rewards: 50 Coins / 25 Sparks

Wii Rewards: 100 Coins / 25 Sparks

This mission is designed to teach the basics of controlling the car by using the accelerator, working the brake/reverse, and learning to jump. Try out all of the basic driving abilities and follow the green compass arrow to find Luigi’s shop.

Calibrate GPS

  • Mission Giver: Luigi
  • Type: Collect
  • Rewards: 50 Coins / 25 Sparks

Wii Rewards: 100 Coins / 25 Sparks

Use the built-in GPS system (green compass arrow) to collect all the green balls with a white arrow pointing up.

What’s Next?

At this point a lot of options become available. There are two main mission paths to choose from as well as numerous side quests. Each initial choice has a chain of events that will follow, but you can jump from one chain to another if you want. The most straightforward method to cover them all is to pick one path and continue until you unlock the new toys, such as the Turbo Level 1 or Tow Chain Level 2, and then switch to another branch.

Side Quests: Clear the Race Track, Smash and Bash, Jump into The Barn

Wii NOTE

While several of the missions in the Wii version of Cars are similar, there are also some different missions and changes to the order of the missions. The Wii-specific maps are located at the end of the chapter and the overview at the beginning of this chapter helps you keep track of the flow of the missions and lists on what page you can find the walkthrough for each mission.
