Jump at Flo’s

Flo needs something flashy to draw attention to her Café. There is nothing like a fantastic jump to get folks to notice the place. In order to perform a leap of that level, Flo’s place needs some big ramps. Each place at Radiator Springs can be adjusted into a more stunt-friendly area by pushing the large green buttons in their locations. Press the green button near the fuel stalls and get some distance to zoom up the canopies and perform an amazing jump.

Bales of Fire

A tractor with a bad case of backfire caught several hay bales on fire. They have to be smashed before the town burns to the ground. There are seven bales that need to be bashed to bits and they are all located in a rough circle around The Barn at The Farm.

Rescue Ramone

Putting out the fires was pretty exciting, but Flo’s pal Ramone missed all the action. She is worried about him and it is up to you to locate him. Follow the compass to find him stuck on a rocky ledge.
Alert Mission: Out of Gas
 This is a repeatable mission that will be unlocked at this point. A small car just outside of town has run out of gas. Activate your tow cable and drag the car back to Flo’s to quickly get it back on the road. |
Catch a Speeder

Hot rods are tearing up the streets and scaring away Flo’s customers. Somebody has to catch the reckless drivers and lock them up in Mater’s Impound until they cool off. The hot heads are easy to spot by the red flashing light around them. Also, they are driving very fast and dangerously. It won’t be that easy to stop the speeders. Follow behind one and stick with it until you can gain enough ground to get close enough to use the tow cable.
Once the speeder is apprehended, take it to the Impound to get it off the streets.

Buy Sarge’s Hut

The Sheriff is out of town as well as Sarge, the military vehicle that helps keep the town in line. Radiator Springs needs some law and order and the best way to solve that is to buy Sarge’s Surplus Hut from the Toy Store. It costs 500 coins and you might not have that much to spend so early on. If you want it buy the building now, go smash some hay bales or complete a few more missions to save up. Once the building is placed, a new path of missions will become available at Sarge’s place.

Postal Problem

Flo’s mailbox was knocked over by the speeders zipping around town. Help her find a new one by locating a red capsule with the object and place it on the spot indicated near the Café.
Follow the compass around The Cap and find the red capsule on a small ledge. Return to Flo’s V8 Café and drive around to the back to locate the small grey nub where a Decorate message will appear. Go into the Decorate menu and select Flo’s Mailbox to place it and complete the mission.
In a Jam

Flo’s mail problems aren’t over after her mailbox has been replaced. There is a big traffic jam in town and the mail can’t get through. Smash through the cluster of cars to clear out the traffic jam at the four-way intersection.

Some of the hot rods speeding around town stole fifteen license plates from Radiator Springs Curios. With the help of the compass, track down all fifteen plates that are spread around the outskirts of town and even hidden on ledges and behind hay bales.

Side Missions
Clear the Race Track

A little car northeast of town drove three hours to watch his friend race, but the roadway is all jammed up with debris. Follow the compass to the race track at the range and caves and drive along the track smashing ten piles of debris.
Find a Friend to Race

- Type: Locate
- Rewards: 100 Coins / 25 Sparks
Return to the little car after clearing out the debris and he will mention that his friend is eager to race you. Use the compass to find his friend at the entrance to the caves.
Cave Race
- Mission Giver: Yellow Race Car
- Type: Race
- Rewards: 50 Sparks
Now that the caves are clear to race, a sporty yellow car is waiting to meet you at the entrance to the caves. The car is very excited to race, but you must come in first place to complete the mission. This is a relatively short race requiring only two laps, but it’s not easy. At the start of the race, rapidly press the accelerator to build up the turbo meter and launch from the start at full speed.
There is an alternate route through the caves that can give you an edge, but the real key to victory is drifting into the turns.
Make sure to drift into each large turn and fill that turbo meter as much as possible. As soon as you find a straight section of track, or an area you can navigate really well, hit the turbo for a much-needed speed boost.
