Find a Way to Escape With the Atlas
There is a statue in the western portion of the map, and you need to take out its supports to leave the Archives. When you’re close enough to see it, watch the water below. An urn of Greek Fire floats past. Shoot the urn when it’s close to the statue to damage the foundation.
Use the Base Camp (Greek Fire Depot) that is along the waterline. Now, search everywhere! The northeastern room has three Soldiers, but they’re distracted because of attacks by a mysterious enemy. Snipe them from the upper ledges and then replenish your ammunition. These guys had a whole stockpile of it! A Relic (Pennon Flag) is near the northeast corner. Climb a rockface on the left side of the wall and jump over a couple of traps to reach the item.
From there, use a hallway on this upper tier to seek a Document (The Greater Good). It’s out on the balconies. At the end of the Balcony is a Greek Monolith, but it requires amazing skill to use. Unless you have level 7 Greek, you can’t translate this one yet.
Use your Bow and Rope to break open a barrier into the room to the west, and loot a Survival Cache from some debris on the other side of the obstacle.
An Archivist’s Map is in the southeastern corner of the region, on the upper tier. A Relic (Battle Standard) is on the same tier, but in the southwestern hallway. The floor near that is trapped, so avoid the center of the passage or be ready to shoot two wooden blocks. That stops the spike trap from ruining your day. Nearby, on the lower tier, a Survival Cache is hidden. Search along the middle of the lower platform.
The balcony on the southwestern side of the area has a Document (Death and Rebirth).
When it’s time to move on, take a look at the puzzle that’s in the center of this area. You need to dispatch Greek Fire urns from the two sides of the statue and then detonate them once they’re in position.
The northern urn isn’t too bad. Use your Survival Instincts to find the dispenser on the northern side of the area. Use your Bow and Rope to pull open the dispenser and release an urn. Stand next to the urn, tether it to the crane arm above you with a Rope shot, and then kick the urn into the water (using Interact).
Then, twist the crane arm around twice to spin the urn to the other side of the pool. Dispense a second urn, tether that to the opposite arm of the crane, and then kick it over the edge too. This equalizes the weight on the two arms and pulls the far urn out of the water.
Go to that one, cut it off of its line, and kick it over to the pool at the center of the room. The urn drifts over to the statue, and that’s when you’re free to shoot it. You’re now halfway done!
Go to the southern objective and pull on the Rope that is highlighted. This dispenses an urn. It floats over to a barricade and then stops. Shoot it to destroy the barricade. Dispense another urn and then stand next to a Rope Coil along the water’s edge. Tether the urn to that Coil so that it pulls closer to your position. When it stops at the end of its Rope, cut the line and watch it float to the statue below. Shoot it to finish the puzzle.
