Infirmary Base Camp

069 SE of Infirmary camp: A Coin Cache is buried outside of the Tomb, where you break open the rusty iron gate.

070 SE of Infirmary camp: A Survival Cache is buried beside an old well in the watery area before the campsite.

071072 E of Infirmary camp: A Relic is on one of the slabs with the dead bodies in the small room next to the camp. Once you’ve set up camp, look for the nearby Document on the floor.

073074075 SW of Infirmary camp: A Survival Cache is buried amongst the stones of the next room, next to a wooden walkway. Once collected, cross the room to find a Relic next to a decayed corpse. After solving the Tomb’s platforming puzzle, collect the Document at the top before the Codex room.

076 W of Infirmary Camp: A final Survival Cache is near an Explorer’s Satchel. You have to dive and swim underneath the ruins to get to it. Start from the puzzle room, and use the water in the center to proceed.
