To access additional post-ending content, Enna Kros requires that you complete all Intervention Quests before defeating the Exnine Knights in the Postscript chapter. If you haven’t done so, revisit the Girl in her Tearoom and complete everything she has for you to do. You should have way more arma gems than you need at this point—enough to buy all Champion Medals and all Intervention Quests. For Intervention Quest tips, see the Intervention Quests at The Girl’s Tearoom chapter of this book.
Once you’ve successfully completed all Intervention Quests, talk to Serafie to fight and defeat the Exnine Knights again. After the cutscene and credits, a bonus cutscene plays out, followed by a prompt to save your progress.
This unlocks four bonus dungeons (three initially and one upon completing these first three), which are referred to as “EX dungeons” in this guide since they don’t have official in-game names. Furthermore, access to Castle Exnine is reopened (along with its previously inaccessible secret area), and a new shopping list displays in the Girl’s dialog box when you select the “Trade in Arma Gems” option. You can also visit Saronia Harbor now that you’ve dealt with the Cogna plague. Last but not least, Reynn and Lann can now be removed from their stacks, so you can have stacks full of Mirages. Full Mirage stacks have several benefits. They can provide even more elemental resistances (whereas the twins naturally provide none) and can potentially boost stat ratings much higher than a Mirage Keeper can (depending on Blank Spaces available). However, these bonuses are offset by the fact that having a “twinless” stack also means you can’t summon Mega Mirages. Having two twinless stacks means you can’t imprism enemies nor summon Champions.
