KGPL wants you to report to the security guard that apprehended a suspect at the Southern California Auto Club at 6201 Santa Monica Blvd.

Drive to the crime scene.
When you arrive at the auto club 
, the apprehended suspect turns out to be a reporter that’s been doing a feature for The Examiner. The patron he was following is a suspected communist under investigation by the feds. The reporter says he’s in the back parking lot.
Locate the suspicious individual.
The suspect does not appear on the mini-map until you exit the building. Once outside, enter the first possible right into a driveway that leads to the auto club’s rear parking lot. The suspect is spotted as he gets into his nice vehicle and drives off. Enter the nearest available ride—a Delahaye 135MS Cabriolet—to give chase. If you have not yet unlocked this hidden vehicle, it’s unlocked now!
Pursue the suspect.
Follow the suspect closely as he peels out of the lot. Pursue him through several alleyways and twists and turns.
The suspect takes a sharp right onto Afton Place. After a few blocks, he follows it up with a sharp left onto Gower. A block further and he speeds right onto El Centro, quickly followed by a left veer through a parking lot behind the Palladium (looks like an airplane hangar).
Apprehend the suspect.
The suspect continues to race through a few parking lots until he smashes into the side of a building on Vine St. Get out of your vehicle and approach him to make the arrest.
