A 211 (holdup alarm) has occurred at Angel’s Flight Railway, 3rd and Hill Street.

Drive to the crime scene.
Follow the red running man icon to Angel’s Flight Railway 
. Here you and Bekowsky find a man on the sidewalk who’s been robbed (they even took his shoes). The victim urges you to pursue the robbers.
Locate the suspects.
You face the last known direction of the escaping bandits from the beginning of the pursuit. There’s an alleyway at the top of the second flight of stairs. Run left down the alley. You’ll find the suspects a few building-lengths further down this path.
Subdue the suspects.
Cover behind the first dumpster on the right and begin firing at the armed suspects. You must take them both down quickly or they’ll escape in the nearby getaway vehicle. If they drive off, you have no chance of catching them on foot.
Use multiple automatic aims (if you have this option turned on) to take them out. To do this, while in cover (hugging the dumpster), shoot at the closest gunman. An automatic aim occurs on your first shot fired from cover. If you return to cover, the next shot fired from here will also have auto aim assistance. All is not lost if the second gunman actually enters the getaway vehicle; target his head through the back window and shoot repeatedly until you hear his skull hit the horn.
