KGPL reports a 415 (disturbance) at the corner of Central Ave and 7th.

When you arrive on the scene at the corner of Central and 7th 
, you witness a rooftop altercation. Two men fight over a woman. The struggle escalates and gets dangerously close to the edge of the roof. Finally, the new lover is pushed over the ledge and falls to his death right in front of the L.A.P.D. officers gathered below.
Reach the roof.
To get to the rooftop, scale the pipe near your starting position, then climb the ladder on the wall to the right when you reach the top. This takes you to the rooftop where the fight occurred. Once there, Dudley Lynch (bartender at Ray’s Café from “A Marriage Made in Heaven”) and his love interest (Shannon, also from the same case) comfort each other. When Dudley sees you cresting the rooftop, he throws Shannon aside and takes off running.
Apprehend the suspect.
Follow Dudley off the rooftop by sliding down the ladder to the left. As you descend, the suspect enters a white pickup truck. Run after the truck to the street; your partner will drive up and open the door of your police car and the vehicle chase begins.
There’s only one outcome and to reach this you must follow the truck to the end of the line. You can smash and bump the vehicle all you want, but it will do no good; it just keeps going until the inevitable happens.
So instead of trying to ram the vehicle, which often causes you to either wipe out or miss a sharp turn, just concentrate on following the suspect’s every move very closely. If you lose sight of him for a second, look for the red blip on the mini-map to help orient your vehicle to get him back into view.
Dudley cuts through alleys and train yards in an attempt to lose you. In the second train yard, veer right to avoid being hit by an oncoming train. Also make sure you’re on the correct side of it to continue the chase without obstruction. Dudley makes a sharp right to reach Santa Fe just after this incident.
The suspect then veers right into the final train yard and tries to make a break for the flood control channel, but is stopped by a speeding train. Follow the carnage to make the arrest and end the case.
