Car 16 Adam reports a possible jumper at the First Methodist Church on the corner of 8th and Hope.

Drive to the crime scene.
When you arrive at First Methodist Church 
at 8th and Hope, you discover the jumper threatening to leap from the church’s bell tower. While a uniformed police officer tries to “calm” him, you and your partner race to save the desperate fellow.
Reach the roof.
This is a timed mission, but there’s no clock that indicates exactly how you’re doing. So be quick. After the opening cinematic, run after your partner as he veers left into the nearest alleyway. Follow him as he runs alongside the church wall and veers left around a corner. Just beyond that turn is a pipe that leads to the roof. Take your partner’s cue and begin climbing toward the rooftop.
Reach the suspect in time.
Continue to follow Galloway after reaching the top. He stops and faces the direction of the bell tower—your destination. Run past him and quickly climb the ladder to reach the top of the tower before the jumper leaps. If successful, you coax the jumper from the ledge and complete the case without incident. If you’re too late, the jumper leaps to his death. You may recognize this guy as Cliff Harrison, from the Traffic case: “A Slip of the Tongue”.
