Drive to the crime scene.
When you arrive at the pest control store 
, the robber is seen running out of the building, through the back lot and hurdling over a short concrete wall.
Pursue the suspect.
You are given the opportunity to use your gun in this chase, since the robber was armed and dangerous. Chase him over the short concrete wall behind Westlake Pest Control. Do not attempt to shoot the suspect or you’ll fail the mission. A warning shot is acceptable.
Veer left through a yard and hurdle over a chain link fence. By now the suspect has turned right around a privacy fence—still no warning shot available. Veer right through another backyard and you’ll spot him turning left, around a gray two-story house.
Follow the suspect as he cuts the corners of two blocks at a small intersection. Soon he steers between a dark gray house and a short brick wall. The suspect crosses the backyard and hops two consecutive fences to enter a nearby back yard.
Subdue the suspect.
If you’ve chased him this long without being able to fire a warning shot, then the suspect runs directly into a pedestrian, which puts an end to his escape. Now you can catch up to him and begin a fistfight. Your partner grabs him from behind, allowing one good punch to the gut that ends the case quickly.
