When you arrive at the scene 
, the victim explains to the reporting officer how some punks just jumped him while he was minding his own business. He directs everyone’s attention to the nearby alley where they were last seen. After creating this false diversion, the victim/conman steals the nearby police cruiser!
Pursue the suspect.
The suspect has a considerable lead on you by the time you enter the nearest vehicle and begin the chase. Watch the red car icon on the mini-map to locate the fleeing vehicle, speeding west on 4th.
He veers right into the nearest alley to the right. Avoid the hard corner posts on the fence near the alley entrance. Also watch out for the garbage truck that pulls in from the right at the first intersection.
The suspect swerves out of the alley and turns left on 6th, then takes an immediate right on Shatto Pl. He turns right at the next intersection at Wilshire Blvd, then quickly turns left into an alley. He cuts through the back lot and drives through a crumbled area in a wall and jumps down to a small residential street.
The suspect then turns left on 7th, drives on the sidewalk for a while, cuts right into another open alley, and crosses the next street before smashing through a construction yard barrier.
Apprehend the suspect.
Follow him through the construction yard until he crashes into a large concrete foundation, then hop out of your vehicle and make the arrest. To beat this mission, you simply must keep up with the suspect and follow him to his own demise.
