KGPL reports an armed burglary: 211 and shots fired. Officer needs help at 391 Broadway, Mallory’s Café.

Drive to the crime scene.
When you arrive at the armed robbery at Mallory’s Café 
the suspect inside is engaged in a gunfight with a patrolman who’s covering behind his vehicle in the street. The patrolman makes a reckless move and gets shot as a result. Phelps demands that the suspect throw down his weapon and give up, but he just darts out of the store while laying down suppressing fire.
Pursue the suspect.
Run after the armed suspect. He shoots back as he runs north on Broadway, ducking into the nearest alley on the right. You normally can’t gain enough of a lead on the suspect, as he quickly veers left around the corner at the end of the alleyway. So hold your fire and follow him out of the alley.
Keep approaching him as he begins to climb a pipe in an attempt to escape the rooftops. This is a particularly long pipe, but nearby obstructions make it difficult to get a shot off. Follow the suspect up the pipe to the rooftop. Jump across the gap between buildings to your right and find the ladder on the second building wall to continue the pursuit.
Subdue the suspect.
Head to the back-right corner of the third rooftop. You’ll see the suspect on the corner of the fourth rooftop. Try to gun him down as you cross the metal catwalk that connects these rooftops.
