KGPL calls to any unit to assist in a citizen’s report of a man with a gun on Grand between 4th and 5th. Suspect described as Hispanic, five foot six, and a hundred and forty pounds.
Objectives

Drive to the crime scene.
When you reach the crime scene on Grand between 4th and 5th 
, a shop owner helps a concerned citizen that was shot while trying to stop a robbery. As the story is being told, the suspects are seen speeding away from the scene.
Pursue the robbery suspects.
Follow the fleeing suspects closely as they take the first two immediate rights, and then the next left through an alley beside a hotel. Look for the street banner: “Keep L.A. Safe. Drive Safely” as a reminder to turn left into the alley. As you exit the alley, follow the suspects left down the next street. A block away, they stop at a gas station and take a hostage.
Subdue the hostage taker.
The trick to completing this challenge is to not adjust your aim at all as you exit the cinematic lead-in. In the first instant of the challenge, the gunman puts his head into view to the right (your left) of the hostage’s head. As soon as this happens, shoot.
Clear the roof of suspects.
With the hostage freed and the suspect dead, run to the right and find Galloway staring straight up a ladder to the gas station rooftop. Follow the last suspect up to the roof. You can then take cover behind the compressor to the left, or rush the armed suspect behind the furthest compressor and just run and gun him down.
