Phelps takes a call from KGPL, directing him to a 459 (robbery) in progress at 267 South Main Street, Goldberg’s Drug Store in Central L.A.

Drive to the crime scene.
When in the correct vicinity of this crime and after accepting the KGPL request, a red running man icon appears on the map. Drive to 267 South Main Street to catch the burglar red-handed as he loots Goldberg’s Drug Store 
.
Apprehend the burglary suspect.
The suspect takes off running when you enter the ransacked shop. Phelps chases him through the back hallway. The suspect runs through the back alley only to be cut off by a civilian vehicle. He then quickly diverts and jumps a wooden privacy fence on the left. After Phelps follows him over the fence, pursue the suspect up the ladder in the adjacent construction site.
If you get too close to a suspect while climbing a ladder, the criminal tries to fit the heel of his shoe into your eye socket. This undoubtedly impedes your progress up the ladder. Allow a little room on the ladder between you and the pursued. Once on the second floor of the structure, follow the suspect around to the left and up a second ladder.
Fight and arrest the suspect.
Follow the suspect to the edge of the platform to the right on the third level. The suspect is trapped. With nowhere to go, he decides his fists are now his only means of escape. Remember to dodge thrown punches and to punch immediately following a dodge for the best opportunity to land a solid hit. Attempt to make the arrest when the opponent is on the floor. Just punch him a few times to trigger a finishing move and end the case.
