When you arrive at 313 Bunker Hill Ave 
, you’re thrown into the middle of a domestic disturbance. An old couple that has just moved in together had a fight. He started chasing her around the yard with a 12-gauge shotgun.
Subdue the suspect.
Use the picket fence for cover while trying to get the gunman inside his home in your sights. You have one opportunity to end the case quickly when he exposes himself in the beginning as he guns down an officer. If you miss that chance, there’s a surefire way to take him by surprise.
Head around the back of the house and access the back porch through the unlocked door. Enter the house through the porch door and cautiously pass through the utility room via the next door on the left. From this doorway, you can spot the gunman in the living room. He’s not expecting you. Shoot him. Case closed.
