KGPL reports a 211 (holdup alarm) and shots fired. The help call is at Globe Loan and Jewelry, 333 South Main Street.

When you arrive at Globe Loan and Jewelry 
, a single officer has the place held down and needs assistance. He says three gunmen locked themselves in with two hostages. He tried going in through the front, but the gunmen have it fortified. The plan is for you to go around to the back while the uniformed police officer keeps them distracted up front.
Gain access to the premises
Follow your partner into the nearby alley to circle around to the back of the pawnshop. Take a right out of the alley and continue to the next to last dock opening on the right in the dead-end alleyway. Kick in the door to gain access to the pawnshop’s back room.
Subdue the armed robbery suspects
Kick in the second door, then quickly advance a few feet and take cover behind a large filing cabinet to avoid being shot by the two gunmen in this back office. They are on the opposite side of the room, both using cover. One has a pistol and the other a shotgun. Swing out from cover and get your rounds off before the gunman on the left shoots. Get back to cover and repeat this process to take out the second gunman with a shotgun in the back-right corner.
One gunman remains and he’s on the rooftop with a hostage. Forget about picking up dropped weapons and just run up the stairs in the back-left corner of the room. On the next landing, you’ll find a dead hostage. Continue up the next set of stairs to reach the rooftop.

The trick to completing this challenge is to avoid adjusting your aim at all as you exit the cinematic lead-in. In the first instant of the challenge, the gunman puts his head into view to the right (your left) of the hostage’s head. As soon as
this happens, shoot. The gunman goes down and the case is closed.
You could also aim and shoot the gunman’s arm, which is an easier target. However, you have a narrow window of opportunity to put a couple more bullets in him as he releases the hostage. You must quickly pull off a few more deadly rounds before he shoots you or the hostage.
