KGPL broadcasts to any available unit a citizen-reported suspicious activity at 111 South Alameda. Two male GTA suspects spotted with a delivery truck, which is reported as stolen.

Drive to the crime scene.
When you arrive at the warehouse at 111 South Alameda 
, Frank Morgan is seen somehow connected to the illegal activities going down around the loading dock. The suspects spot the cops and a fight erupts.
Subdue the suspects.
You and Galloway immediately engage two suspects. Let your partner deal with his battle while you work on knocking out your opponent. Just landing a few good punches puts a quick end to the fray. Once both suspects are down, Frank Morgan runs out of the warehouse and into a stolen truck.
Pursue the suspect.
The next stage of this case involves you chasing the stolen truck (red vehicle icon on the mini-map). Do all you can to disable the truck. Your partner does very little to help, so stay with the fleeing vehicle as it veers left on 3rd and then takes another left through a narrow alleyway just beyond the BLA billboard on the left.
Apprehend the suspect.
If you successfully follow the truck to the end of its programmed route, you end up watching it drop into the flood control channel, which renders the vehicle inoperable. Exit your vehicle and approach Frank to complete the arrest.
