First, let’s deal with this Prinny issue.
Once you’ve cleared the first three stages of Prinny Land and reached the Post-Game, the Prinny Land: Part 2 bill becomes available in the Dark Assembly. It costs 200,000 Mana to propose it to the Senate and has a base 1% chance of passage. You should go into it expecting either to beat down a nearly full Senate chamber or to pay out a multi-million HL bribe.
You can probably clear Prinny Land 4 at or around level 1,000 if your tactics are strong. If you’re capable of taking out Darkdeath Evilman, you’re more than capable of handling Prinny Land 5. Prinny Land X ... well, we’ll need to talk about that.
Prinny Land 4
| Geo Symbol | Geo Effect | Destroy |
|---|---|---|
| Aqua #1 | No Humanoids | Aqua Change |
| Aqua #2 | Ally Lonely | Aqua Change |
| Aqua #3 | Enemy Turbo 3 times | Aqua Change |
| Green #1 | No Lifting | Green Change |
| Green #2 | DEF +50% | Green Change |
| Green #3 | Movement +1 | Green Change |
| Class | Lv | Qty | Evility | Weapon | Armor | Skills |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pvt. Prinny | 1000 | 22 | Bomb Conversion, Flames of Revenge | Nightmare's Neigh | Venus Dress, Falcon Shoes | Prinny Blizzard, Prinny Dance, Thousand Prinnies, Code Prinny, Bomber Dood, Speed Boost |
You might remember from early in the story missions that Living Armors sometimes come with an Evility called Flames of Revenge. It provides a stacking 20% buff to a unit’s ATK for every ally that has been killed in the current battle.
Every Prinny on this stage has it and there are 22 of them.
An additional complication comes from the Geo Effects. Your base panel is surrounded by green Geo Panels that provide DEF +50%, No Lifting, and Movement +1, while the Prinnies begin the map on aqua Geo Panels with No Humanoids, Ally Lonely, and Enemy Turbo. All the Geo Symbols are well inside Prinny turf, so even if you have a high-level monster with a decent Move stat, such as a Mothman, it’s unlikely that your monster will make it past the Prinnies to destroy the Geo Symbols. You also can’t cheat the system by simply sending a mounted humanoid into the Prinnies’ zone; even if No Lifting didn’t prevent the Mount command from being used, No Humanoids blocks mounted characters too.
The one bit of luck on this stage is that while the Prinnies will, as usual, cast Speed Boost on each other like it’s their job, they will also rush your position. With the DEF +50% Geo Effect, you can hole up around your base panel and take on the Prinnies as they come. Prinnies have some powerful Skills at this level, but the Geo Effect cuts the worst of their damage for the first few turns.
The issue is that Flames of Revenge will eventually drive their ATK up to the point where the extra DEF from the Geo Effect won’t help any longer, and at that point you’re going to start losing characters. If you wait for a couple of turns until most of the Prinnies have entered the green zone, you can wipe out most of them at once and avoid that concern.
Prinny Land 5
| Geo Symbol | Geo Effect | Destroy |
|---|---|---|
| Null | No Humanoids | Clear |
| Red | Clone | Red Change |
| Blue | Clone | Blue Change |
| Aqua | Clone | Aqua Change |
| Purple | Clone | Purple Change |
| Green | Clone | Green Change |
| Class | Lv | Qty | Evility | Weapon | Armor | Skills |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pvt. Prinny | 2500 | 11 | Explosive Body | Half a Phoenix Wing | Death's Breastplate | Prinny Blizzard, Prinny Dance, Thousand Prinnies, Code Prinny, Bomber Dood, Speed Boost |
| Prinny King | 2500 | 5 | Purple: Cross Bomber, Orange: Bomb Conversion | Half a Phoenix Wing | Death's Breastplate | Prinny Blizzard, Prinny Dance, Thousand Prinnies, Code Prinny, Bomber Dood, Speed Boost |
Until you can reach and destroy the Clone Geo Symbols at the end of the path, you will be hip-deep in level 2,500 Prinny Kings. The Pvt. Prinnies placed along the path are cannon fodder, there to slow you down, and every turn you spend getting up the hill means there are another five Prinny Kings jumping off the rooftops to kick in your hairstyle.
This is a map where it comes in handy to have leveled a couple of monsters. The No Humanoids barriers keep you from sending somebody like a Masked Hero up the hill to start breaking Geo Symbols early on, but if you have a reasonably tough Mothman or Shark Dragon with a couple of pairs of Shoes on, they can get to the Geo Symbols faster than anyone else.
There isn’t anything preventing you from simply throwing the Prinnies around to clear the way, naturally, but the quarters are cramped enough that you may end up losing units to random explosions. Once you’ve destroyed the Geo Symbols, it’s all over except for the shouting; mop up the leftover Prinnies, then use Create Box or Tower Throw to deal with the remnants of the original group of Prinny Kings. Four of them will come off the last roof on their own, but the fifth will not.

Have you ever wanted to be soundly beaten by a robot penguin half your size? Good. It’s about to happen.
Much like Darkdeath Evilman, just being at around the same level as he is isn’t good enough for dealing with Pringer X. His stats all hover around the 440,000 range, so you’re going to need to get up to rough parity before you can realistically expect to take him on. This is a good opportunity to start investing Mana into Genius Reincarnations and leveling up higher-end weapons and armor in the Item World.
You can pick up and throw Pringer X, but he doesn’t explode, having reached a sort of Prinny apotheosis. His combat style is very straightforward; he runs up and blasts you for ridiculous amounts of damage, and you either die or you don’t, while his Prinnies run around on the edges of the fight and cast Speed Boost on themselves. Really, Prinnies love Speed Boost. It’s their national pastime.

Prinny Land X: Second Visit
On a second trip into Prinny Land X, you’ll find the Prinnies have learned from their mistakes and upgraded. Instead of Pringer X’s normal Prinny backup dancers, you’ll encounter four Pringer Z units. This time they’re level 8,000 and they seem to be mad.
Aside from those extra four thousand levels, an individual Pringer Z does not behave terribly differently from Pringer X. There are just four of them now. This is similar to saying there are “just” four nuclear missiles flying toward your head.
In a strange way, this turns Prinny Land X into a farming map. A Pringer Z comes equipped with a Makai Wars, a Superalloy Suit, an Arcadia, and a Propel Vernier, all of which are the second-best items in their respective categories. You can find all of them in the Item World, particularly in LoC Mode, but stealing them from a Pringer Z is faster and more reliable. You’ll need a Thief at or above level 8,000 to successfully steal from a Pringer Z, although she’ll have to hit him from behind, and you can grab the items even if you end up losing the fight.
The gear’s only part of it, however. In LoC Mode, the Pringer Zs represent the single most readily accessible block of raw stats you can find in the game. The Item World’s decent for that purpose, particularly as you get closer to the 100th floor, but a single Pringer Z in LoC Mode has 33 billion HP and stats that all sit comfortably around 30 to 31 million. The 0.1% stat drain from LoC Mode can result in one of your characters gaining as much as 310,000 permanent stat points by killing a Pringer Z. If you use the Stronger Enemies cheat, their stats go up and you can get even more.
After you’re able to beat the Pringer Zs once, keep working on your gear, Reincarnating, and coming back to harvest the little guys for their stat points. This is one of the fastest ways to power up for the next and final stage.
Defeating the four Pringer Zs raises the Obtain Rate at the Cheat Shop to 1,000%. This is the best that it ever gets.
If you can beat Pringer X or Z on LoC Mode, it unlocks the Everyone Is a Bomb cheat at the Cheat Shop and the Ultimate Destroyer Trophy. Rosen Queen also raises you up to Product Rank 12. You’ve overcome one of the fiercest challenges in Disgaea D2 at this point, but the game isn’t quite over yet.
