Defeating Artina causes a new proposal to appear in the Dark Assembly. For 50,000 Mana, you can suggest a bill that you be allowed to Visit Hades. Great idea, right? What could possibly go wrong with a plan like that?

Oh. Right. You’ll get jumped by demons. That seems to happen a lot.
This level is about reversing expectations. Everything on it is either faster or has more range than you might think at an initial glance. Your base panel is on a small area covered in blue Geo Panels that provide a handy ATK +50% modifier with only one way in, but the blue Geo Panel across the room that is providing the No Entry Effect will drop to the floor at the start of the first enemy turn.
At that point, the Fixed-Up Heroes will dash all the way across the room and Aura Punch your lights out. They won’t live much longer than that, but they can easily drop up to three of your characters in that turn, or leave them weak enough that the two Balrogs can finish the job with Omega Wind spells.
On your second turn, eliminate the Heroes and make a start on the Balrogs if you can. The Prinnies will have enough time to get to your position by the second enemy turn unless you blow them up on the bridge with a Prinny of your own, and at this level, even a lowly Pvt. Prinny can mess you up with Thousand Prinnies.
Ideally, you should have the Prinnies and Heroes dealt with and the Balrogs on the ropes by the time the Minerva Lasses show up on their Observer mounts. Between the Observers’ natural Move and the Movement +2 Geo Effect on the red Geo Panels, they are not as far away from you as you might think they are. The Minerva Lasses’ Pinaka Spears have a range of three panels, so keep that in mind when you’re positioning or attacking.

The Strongest Proof
| Class | Lv | Qty | Evility | Weapon | Armor | Skills | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Valvatorez | 1000 | 1 | Absorption: absorbs 20% of defeated unit's stats. | Mistilteinn | Achilles Shield, Testament | Impaler Prince, Bloody Hole, Tyrant Flughude, Blade Rush, Hurricane Slash, Nether Slash, Musou Slash, Dark Night Slash | |
| Fenrich | 1000 | 1 | Tyrant's Slave: increase stats by 100% when adjacent to Valvatorez. | War Cestus | Achilles Shield, Winged Boots | Swift Power Shot, Dual Canine Attack, Vanagandr, Triple Strike, Double Shadow, Side Out, Beast King, Aura Punch | |
| Pvt. Prinny | 800 | 3 | Explosive Body | Hydra Bind | Achilles Shield | Prinny Blizzard, Prinny Dance, Thousand Prinnies, Code Prinny, Bomber Dood, Speed Boost |
There is a surprising lack of strategy to this fight. You’re locked in a broom closet with Valvatorez, Fenrich, and three of their best Prinnies. That’s it. Fight them.
This is harder than it sounds. Both Fenrich and Valvatorez have powerful unique skills and decent equipment on their side. Fenrich becomes a one-man army if he’s allowed to stay within one panel of Valvatorez due to Tyrant’s Slave, and Valvatorez absorbs 20% of the stats from any unit he manages to kill. If his Prinnies survive the first turn, Valvatorez will almost certainly kill a couple of them by accident with Tyrant Flughude and end up with their stats. Prevent this by throwing them at him.
Fenrich is potentially the most dangerous of the two. He’s using a Fist, so he can easily Counterattack most characters to death, and he spends as much of the stage as possible glued to Valvatorez’s side. Try to kill him from a distance with spells and Spears, or at least Throw him across the room so he can’t rely on Tyrant’s Slave.

Clearing The Strongest Proof raises the maximum Obtain Rate for the Cheat Shop to 500% and gives you an extra 100 CP to spend. The Product Rank at the Rosen Queen Trading Company also goes up to 11, allowing you to buy even better weapons and armor.
Valvatorez and Fenrich join your party following their defeat just as they were when you fought them. Valvatorez has a Mistilteinn, an Achilles Shield, and a Testament; Fenrich has a War Cestus, Achilles Shield, and Winged Boots. Either of them can do quite well in your party as front-line fighters (although Valvatorez has a strange issue where all his unique Skills run off of HIT and SPD rather than ATK, so his favored Weapon Masteries are almost working against him), but if you’re going to field one, field them both. Fenrich’s Evility is too good to pass up.
Naturally, Valvatorez and Fenrich begin at three hearts’ worth of Likability with each other, and Valvatorez enters play with a two-heart rank with Artina and any Prinnies in your roster. Recruiting Valvatorez as your Prinnysitter also unlocks the Valvatorez and Fenrich’s Infinite Prinnylist Trophy.
You cannot revisit either Unknown Enemy or Challenging a Tyrant after clearing them.
