Upon clearing the Final Episode, you can propose a bill in the Dark Assembly called Where Are The Cats?! for 1,000 Mana. If the bill is approved, it opens a destination at the Dimension Guide called Melancholy of Barbara. It leads you back to the ruins near the Celestial Gate, where you’ll find Barbara and her new masters.

Whatever her level and gear were at the end of the Final Episode, Barbara appears here at level 100 with her old one-two punch of Evilities from Netherworld Maw. The combination of Defensive Stance and Passiveness once again gives her an effectively infinite number of Counterattacks.
This time, however, she’s using an Axe of Despair instead of a Spear, which means she hits much harder but isn’t able to Counterattack from two panels away. You can also steal her Sophia’s Mirror and Victory Muscle to soften her up.
She’s almost a secondary consideration, however, as the Grimalkins are genuinely dangerous. If you come in here right after clearing the Final Episode, it’s likely that the Grimalkins will make mincemeat out of your front line, as they hit much harder than you’d think they would. This is due to their gear, as they’ve all got Geo Blades and Angel Shields. Keep an eye on their Evilities, as they each take half damage from something, whether it’s monsters, humanoids, or female characters.
At the start of the fight, all the Grimalkins rush your position, while Barbara won’t move until the third turn. Set up a defensive line on the stairs near the base panel, then take out the Grimalkins one at a time so that you don’t have any distractions when Barbara arrives. Engage her from one panel away whenever possible with Skills like Musou Slash, Side Out, and Axe Wheel WMD.
When you defeat Barbara (again), she rejoins your army for good, and does so at the level and with the gear she had when you finished the Final Episode. This also unlocks the Red Barbara Trophy.
Clearing this stage raises the maximum multiplier at the Cheat Shop to 250% and gives you 25 extra Cheat Points. These are “free” points and can be assigned to any category without your having to subtract them from anything else.
You cannot return to Orders Received after it’s been cleared.
