Splatoon Guide › Zone 2

Stage 06 : Propeller Lift Playground

Stand on the center Propeller Lift and shoot the propeller to begin your ascent. As the lift rises, open fire on the five Octotroopers below. Don’t worry too much about incoming fire. The Propeller Lift slowly descends, making you a moving target the Octotroopers can’t hit. But occasionally target the propeller to give the lift more altitude, maintaining a height advantage over the doomed Octotroopers.

Sunken Scroll

Don’t stand on the Propeller Lift here. Instead, stand aside and shoot the propeller, causing it to rise. Drop through the hole beneath the Propeller Lift to access this hidden platform, containing the level’s Sunken Scroll. Use the launchpad to return to the platform above.

Remember, you can’t swim. So exercise caution when navigating this water feature. Use the two Propeller Lifts to cross this area while engaging Octocopters and Octotroopers. Maintain constant movement to avoid becoming a sitting duck. When you reach the Shielded Octotrooper on the last platform, use a Splat Bomb to divert his attention. Toss it behind him so he exposes his back to you. Alternatively, you can ink the area around him and swim behind him for a rear sneak attack.

Here Octotroopers occupy a couple of Propeller Lifts. Target the propellers to get these lifts moving—this decreases the accuracy of the Octotroopers as they open fire. Return fire or toss a Splat Bomb atop each platform. Once clear, check the sides and bottoms of each platform for Power Eggs. Simply shoot the Power Eggs to collect them. Ride the second Propeller Lift up to rescue the Zapfish.
