When you land on this platform, you immediately come under fire by three Octotroopers positioned on crates around the perimeter. Immediately drop to the floor of the platform and activate the Gushers. Standing atop a Gusher, you can fire down on the Octotroopers—they’ll have no idea where you went. Or simply use the Gushers for cover, peeking around them to fire back at these enemies. Shoot the crates out from beneath the Octotroopers, dropping them to the ground and denying them their height advantage.Balloon Fish in the future to spread ink over large swaths of territory.
Watch out for the Octostamps here. Just like the Octostomp, these enemies leap forward and land face down, splatting purple ink around them. Sidestep their incoming attacks, then splat them with ink while they’re face down. Or if you’re feeling mischievous, lure the Octostamps near a ledge, urging them to leap off the side—you’ll still earn Power Eggs if they fall.
An array of seven Gushers awaits you here, as well as five Twintacle Octotroopers. Immediately activate as many Gushers as possible, using the columns of ink for cover and concealment. The Gushers also spread your ink on the platform, allowing you to swim around and flank these enemies, picking them off one by one. Or you can ride to the top of a Gusher and fire down on these Octotroopers. Mobility is key, so keep moving to avoid getting pelted by enemy ink.
Sunken Scroll

This level’s Sunken Scroll is located on this tall mesh platform, not far from the Zapfish. Eliminate the Octotrooper standing atop the crate, then move in to grab the Sunken Scroll.
