Using Rune Slider and SpellSlamzer
Rune Slider’s Handling is below average, making it difficult to recover from contact with other vehicles or obstacles on the track. Runes inflicts less than average damage with each hit but its long range and rapid rate of fire make up for that deficiency.
To punish everyone remotely close to Rune Slider, hold the Attack 3 button and watch the giant sphere of purple electricity tick away their health. Use the rear view during practice races to see just how much area this attack covers.
Racing Against Rune Slider and SpellSlamzer
Do not let Rune Slider know you’re catching up unless you can spin it out before it can unleash Purple Electricity. You’ll take at least one hit while closing in and a second after you pass. Since it doesn’t require aiming, clipping Rune Slider to nudge it won’t make it miss.
