Skylanders® SuperChargers eGuide Meet The Skylanders Earth

Shark Shooter Terrafin

Vehicle: Shark Tank

Starting Stats
Maximum Health 270
Speed 35
Armor 24
Critical Hit 4
Elemental Power 25

Terrafin hails from The Dirt Seas, where it was common to swim, bathe, and even snorkel beneath the ground. But a powerful explosion in the sky created a blast wave that turned the ocean of sand into a vast sheet of glass, putting an end to Terrafin’s duty as the local lifeguard. Not one to stay idle, the brawny dirt shark found himself training in the art of boxing, and not long after he was the local champ. Fighters came from all around to challenge him, but it was a chance meeting with a great Portal Master that led him to give up his title for a greater purpose.

SuperCharged Challenge: Bug It Out

Bump big bugs to increase your score multiplier and hit as many bugs as you can to keep your multiplier up and get a highscore.

StarPoints GoalReward
First 75,000 +25 Gearbits
Second 250,000 +1 Wish Stone
Third 400,000 +1 Special Item

Chompy Gardens has been infested by bugs. They’re all over the track and it’s up to Terrafin to drive them off. Hit the big bugs to increase the score multiplier up to a maximum of 10X. Hitting any bug maintains the multiplier but only the big bugs increase it.

The bugs return between laps but they’re in different positions each time around. Go for the big bugs first until your multiplier is maxed out. Don’t accelerate until you can see the line up of bugs ahead. The time bonus at the end isn’t worth as much as maintaining the 10X multiplier.

Overview

For Skylanders SuperChargers, Terrafin traded his pugilistic abilities for a shark rocket launcher but his earth swimming skills remain intact. Don’t worry, his tiny shark swimming buddies still made the cut. Terrafin puts the rocket launcher to use in most of his attacks so it’s important to get a feel for how the rockets work. They’re fired in an arc and descend quickly, making them effective at medium to short range.

Terrafin’s Soul Gem Ability, Sand Snare, comes in handy when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Dive into the ground and leave whirlpools behind to slow down any pursuit.
