Walk to the end of the wooden bridge and fall over the side away from the mine. Turn around and get the Epic Treasure Chest stashed under bridge.
A wooden barricade blocks the path ahead. Destroy it to clear the way to a fight with Witch Pitchers and Twilight Twisters. Twilight Twisters are invulnerable while spinning, so avoid them until they come to a dizzied stop. Chitza, who has the Sea Star Challenge, is just beyond the fighting area. If you don’t have a Sea Vehicle, skip ahead in the text to the waterwheel near Persephone. Walk away from Chitza to reach it.
Your Skylander disembarks on a damp pier near an open door. Go into the door to play Skystones Overdrive against Matzi. The first time you defeat Matzi, he gives you the Shadow Guardian Skystone. Return to your Sea Vehicle and hop in.
Ships from Kaos’ fleet are investigating the lowered water. Destroy them while collecting the Red Toolbox near the small waterwheel. To collect the puzzle pieces high above the water, float over the whale’s blowhole as it circles the area. The waterspout created when the whale exhales launches your vehicle high enough to reach the pieces.
To return to your quest to reach the Cloudbreather, disembark at the Sea icon near the pier. There’s another Sea icon near the rocks, but you’ll miss some treasure if you use it. Hop across the trio of large waterwheels and quickly eliminate the enemies waiting there. Claim the Random Reward Object and head for the nearby door, which leads back to the village.
Ride the waterwheel near the door (opened if you completed the Sea Star Challenge, closed if you haven’t) up to the platform with food and treasure. There’s a raft floating in the stream that allows to you skip the waterwheel as well.
A gang of Pike-Sized Prodders attacks on the stone-paved ground near the wooden bridge that leads to Persephone. Smash through the wooden blockade to open the way to an airship. To use the airship, you must clear the battle gate blocking the ship’s wheel.
Kite Minigame: Use the Kite to Collect Coins
After a Flynn-inspired landing, walk up the wooden bridge and speak with Kitemaster Azko. Guide the sheep-supporting kite under the falling coins until you collect 30 coins. The reward for successfully completing the minigame appears at the bottom of the stairs.
Rescue the Miners
Just before you reach the vehicle upgrade station, speak with the villager standing near the mine cart tracks. He asks you to rescue three workers from the Firestone mine. Smash the wooden barricade to enter the mine.
The miners are behind two wooden barricades. Collect the treasures here while freeing the miners. To show their appreciation, the miners leave a Random Reward Object near the entrance after they’re all freed.
Continue past the vehicle upgrade station until you reach a training ground for Pike-Sized Prodders. The training dummies in the camp drop Gold when struck. A gong gate blocks the path beyond the training ground.
Reassemble the circle gong to open the gate. To open the nearby door, use the square gong on the ledge overlooking the training ground. The path leading up to it starts near the vehicle upgrade station. The triangle gong is hidden behind tents near the front of the camp. The small room beyond the door has a little treasure and an Epic Treasure Chest.
