You reach the Vault of the Ancients without any huge incidents. Disembark and look around the initial area. You meet Pluck not far from the starting point. He shows you the secrets of magnetism. This is a powerful mechanic that lets you get through this region’s various challenges.
Cross the bridge above your position and use magnetism to open the way. Talk to Pluck again on the other side, and start a challenge soon after.
The Power of Attraction
While in this region, you can use your controller to pull objects toward your Skylander. This helps with picking up loot and solving various puzzles. Magnetism can be used when you’re walking around and even if you’re inside your vehicle.
Two Statues in the Whispering Wilds have been damaged, but you have the ability to repair them. Your task is to collect the missing pieces and reattach them to the Statues. This opens the gates and lets you pass through to the next chapter.
On the right side of the map there is only one missing piece. Search for that while collecting Gearbits. Use magnetism to activate a Gear on the right side of the area to spawn extra Gearbits while you’re searching.
The missing Statue Piece is at the top of the map. Grab it by driving over the piece or by getting close enough for magnetism to work, and then turn left to take the piece to its Statue. Ride directly up to the Statue with the piece in tow to repair everything. This opens the way.
There are four Statue Pieces in the next area. Stay on the right side of the path while looking for a Red Toolbox . Collect that and then get the two Statue Pieces that are close to the broken Statue. Repair what you can, and then use the speed boosts ahead to leap over a chasm. There are two more Statue Pieces and a second Red Toolbox on the other side of the jump.
Make your trip, fix the Statue, and drive past the second gate. Pluck meets you yet again in front of a massive entrance. To extend the bridge that leads forward, use magnetism on a small, moveable object inside a nearby groove. Bring it from the left side of the platform to the right. Completing the puzzle extends the bridge and lets you cross into Riftward Road .
Your challenge is completed and you enter the next chapter.
