Gold Brick Challenges

Find Safety in the Compound

Your characters need to get into the compound, but it’s protected by a large gate. Break some objects by the gate and assemble the bricks into a bar on the wall. Switch to Kelly Malcolm or Sarah Harding and jump to the bar and then over the wall.

Switch to Sarah Harding, move to the left, and fight off the Compys. Then find a large pile of dino droppings. Rummage through it to find a hook. Return to the vehicle by the gate and put the hook on the winch. Pull on the tow cable and attach it to the gate. Give the winch on the vehicle a kick and the gate is pulled open.

Switch to Ian Malcolm and move toward the building. It’s dark inside, so Ian can use his flare. Walk to the back of the building and press the button at the correct time to start the generator and provide power to the building. This also opens the garage door, providing access to the level’s next area.

Switch to Kelly and use here scream to shatter the glass door near the vehicle. Enter the building and defeat some Compys before starting a generator to provide power to the gas pump outside.

Head back outside, approach the fuel pump, and deal with the raptor that attacks. Now pull on the gas pump’s hose and connect it to the nearby vehicle. Then move next to the vehicle and hop in to start it. A raptor appears and attacks the vehicle.

After the vehicle crashes, get out and break away the objects blocking the door to another room in the compound. Once it’s clear, walk into the room to complete the level.

Challenges

Red Brick

Select a character with the grow ability to water a plant near the gas pump. When the plant grows, jump on the bouncy flower to get to the Red Brick. This one can unlock the x6 Stud Multiplier. This is one you really want to get and use as soon as possible to start raking in the studs.

Fossil Piece A

There are some vines near the level’s beginning. Select a character with a raptor claw or hunting knife and cut through the vines. On the other side, find the fossil piece.

Fossil Piece B

Break an object behind the vehicle with the winch. Then select a character with the tracking ability and follow the prints to find the second fossil piece. The InGen Mechanic is also unlocked.

Hub Visit Once this level is complete, you return to The Lost World: Jurassic Park hub. Move to the right and turn the red wheel. This shuts off the steam blocking the entrance to the compound area. Switch to Kelly or another agile character and wall-jump near the wheel to get to the platform’s top. Push the crate off the platform; then drop down and assemble the pieces into the third level access terminal.
