Gold Brick Challenges

Rescue Lex Murphy

Lex and Timmy Murphy are caught inside the overturned vehicle with a T. rex trying to get to them. You must save them! Take control of Alan Grant and head to the area’s left side. Cut down the vines with the raptor claw. Then break up an object to find a valve wheel.

Pick up the wheel, carry it to the right, and put it on the valve. Turn the wheel to operate a pump that removes the water from a large puddle. Move into the remaining water and assemble a pile of bricks into a giant box. Turn the handle on the box and a giant bone pops up and distracts the T. rex for a while.

Move to the pile of dirt near the tail of the T. rex and start digging to find a pile of bricks. Assemble them into a jack, which you can use on the overturned vehicle. Jump on the pad on the jack a few times to lift the vehicle a bit. Then help pull Lex Murphy to safety.

Rescue Tim Murphy

Switch to Lex Murphy. Walk behind the vehicle on the right and use her ability to scream to break the vehicle’s back window. Unfortunately, the car alarm goes off and alerts the T. rex. Ian grabs a flare and leads it away for now.

Assemble a pile of bricks near the front of the vehicle into a winch. Grab the tow rope and pull it toward the overturned vehicle and hook it on. Return to the winch and hit it to start pulling the overturned vehicle out of the mud. Finally, try to pull Tim Murphy out of the vehicle.

Challenges

Minikit

This Minikit has a few steps in order to collect it. First break the red fern plant near the right side of the area to reveal a scent cloud. Switch to the Velociraptor character and follow a trail of scent clouds.

When you get to the last scent cloud, a pile of bricks appears. Assemble them into a mechanical rabbit. As it moves around the area, chase it down and break it. The Minikit is released and you also unlock Henry Wu.

Fossil Piece A

There is a pile of dino droppings along the left side of this area. Select a character who can rummage through droppings in order to find this fossil piece as well as unlock Dennis Nedry (Raincoat).

Fossil Piece B

After cutting down the vines with the raptor claw as Alan and finding the wheel, find a dig spot in this corner and then dig up the fossil piece. You also unlock Tim Murphy as a character at the same time.
