LEGO Jurassic World Guide Console Walkthrough: Movie 3
Level 12: The Spinosaurus
That Spinosaurus looks even bigger and scarier than a T. rex. Is it tougher too? This level is where you find out. You also find out what Paul and Amanda Kirby are really up to here on Isla Sorna.

Spinosaurus vs. T. Rex
Alan Grant and Billy Brennan learn the truth about the Kirby “aerial tour.” Their son Eric Kirby, age 12, disappeared while paragliding near Isla Sorna with a family friend named Ben Hildebrand. They’ve been missing for eight weeks. Suddenly, two monstrous creatures converge on the location.

Distract the Spinosaurus, Pt. 1
This is a heavyweight bout for the ages! As the T. rex and Spinosaurus go tooth to tooth, move to the dino icon where Dr. Grant is trapped. Pull him out!
Now tag to Alan Grant. Move rightward to find the loose earth patch and dig up the build-it pieces. Assemble them into a strange yellow bird statue with a grapple loop on it. Tag to Paul Kirby, sling your hook onto the loop, and pull it back. The tree flings the fake bird past the dinosaurs, distracting the Spinosaurus long enough for the T. rex to recover and get on his feet.
Tap your Change Character button to tag to the T. rex; then hit the button prompts indicated onscreen to grab the Spinosaurus by the neck and fling it into the tree. The tree shatters into a big pile of build-it pieces. When you automatically tag back to your human character, assemble the tree pieces into a bridge leading up to the next terrace.
MINIKIT: Build Three NestsThree odd-looking “eggplants” feature spotted, greenish egg-like growths. Smash all three into build-it pieces; then reassemble them into nests to earn a Minikit. One eggplant is down on the first level next to the stream. After you cross the stream on the plank, a second eggplant is at the back of the terrace. The third eggplant is on the far-right side of the area, accessible after you use the Buddy Boost to catapult past the fighting dinosaurs.

Distract the Spinosaurus, Pt. 2
The T. rex still needs more help! Tag to Udesky, walk across the plank, and use his rifle to shoot the bull’s-eye target up in the tree to knock down the nest. Reassemble the nest; then pick up the tracking item (a red crank switch) that falls and follow the blue tracks until Udesky unearths a pile of build-it pieces. Use them to complete the nearby catapult assembly.
Tag to Alan Grant and turn the red switch to pull back the catapult’s sling arm, hooking it onto the platform with the nest. Then use Grant’s Raptor claw to slice the catapult’s rope and fire the eggs at the Spinosaurus. This distracts it again, letting the T. rex get back on its feet. Tap the Change Character button to tag to the T. rex again and use the onscreen button prompts to slam the Spinosaurus into a tree. The tree falls, but the titanic dinosaur battle still blocks your path.
Distract the Spinosaurus, Pt. 3
Tag to Alan Grant and smash the skeleton near the fallen tree to create a bone pile. Then dig up the loose dirt to unearth another pile of bones. Tag to Paul Kirby and use his grapple hook on the fallen tree to release still more bone pieces. When all three of the bone piles are available, they become build-it bones and start hopping. Tag to Dr. Grant and use his Bone-Build ability to assemble the bones into a Buddy Boost. Move Grant onto the Buddy Boost and assume the boosting position. Then tag to any other character and jump on the circle to fling Grant past the dinosaur battle.
Smash the red/green plant in front of the stump and assemble the build-it pieces into a twirl switch. Push the green side in a circle until the attached vine pulls the tree then releases it, slapping the Spinosaurus. Tag to the T. rex and hit the buttons prompted to neck-fling the Spinosaurus again, this time smashing the second wall blocking the path.
Tag to Alan Grant and run up the stud-marked path between the dueling dinos to trigger the mission-ending cinematic: The Kirbys finally own up to who they really are. Alan and Billy decide to head back to the plane wreckage, salvage supplies, and head for the coast.
The Crash Site
The Kirbys and Udesky catch up to the paleontologists at the plane crash site. The plane’s blue/white tailpiece sits on a high platform in the trees. Good luck getting way up there.

Access the Tailpiece
Tag to Udesky, head left, and shoot the bull’s-eye target on the massive tree trunk to knock down some build-it pieces. Assemble them into a grab bar. Tag to Amanda Kirby and step into the glowing jump circle. Hop up both bars then onto the green vine. Leap over to the small terrace and then hop across the two green jump points to reach the wrecked tailpiece of the Beechcraft.
Amanda notes some luggage is stuck in the netting above the plane. Smash the black/yellow debris just to the right of the tailpiece and use the broken pieces to finish the slide track. Then push the tailpiece down the track until it falls and breaks into build-it pieces below.
Assemble the broken pieces into a Buddy Boost. Tag to Alan Grant, move onto the Buddy Boost, and press your Use button to assume the boosting position. Tag to any other character and jump on the pad to fling Dr. Grant up to the tree platform. (You automatically tag back to Grant.) Then use Grant’s Raptor claw to slice the rope. The luggage falls and smashes open a hole. (Alan can hop in the hole and snag a Minikit in the tree hollow below.)
MINIKIT: Tree HollowFind a Minikit in the tree hollow that’s torn open when Dr. Grant cuts down the luggage hanging above the checkered slide track.

Tag to Udesky down on the ground and pick up the tracking item, a bone. Follow the blue tracks until Udesky unearths a big pile of bones. Tag to Alan Grant and bone-build the pile into a bounce pad.
Glide Across the Gaps
Tag to Billy Brennan and use the pad to bounce onto the next tree platform. Then climb the climbing wall over to the parachute and pick it up. (This unlocks the Parachute for Billy and gives him the Glide special ability.) Run and jump in the direction indicated by the red/white arrow on the platform; then quickly press the Jump button again and hold it to deploy the chute. Keep holding the button until Billy glides across the gap and reaches the next platform.
Push the propeller housing down the slide track until it falls and breaks apart. Assemble the broken pieces into a vertical fan. Tag to Paul Kirby and jump into the fan’s upward airflow to ride up to the platform. Use Paul’s grappling hook to pull open the tree trunk, exposing a climbing wall. Tag to Billy and climb to the next platform. Jump and deploy Billy’s parachute to glide over the river to the far-right plateau where one of the Beechcraft’s wings leans against a tree.
Smash the airplane debris to the right and the rocks in front of the wing. Then assemble all the build-it pieces into a rotating dinosaur statue. Push the green side of the switch to turn the statue and push the wing. It falls across the gap, forming a perfect bridge over the river.
Find the Camera
Tag to Alan Grant, cross the wing-bridge, and slice through the wall of LEGO vines covering the opening. Proceed through the hollow log into the final clearing and fight off the Dilophosaurus trio. Tag to Paul Kirby and use his grappling hook on the orange loop to pull open the tree trunk. This reveals a tracking object: a life vest.
Tag to Udesky, pick up the vest, and follow the blue tracks until he unearths some build-it pieces. Assemble them into a video camera and watch the harrowing level-ending cinematic: The party blunders into a huge Raptor egg hatchery!
Hub Transit 12
Wow, that was a lot of eggs. Chances are good you’re near the old Site B breeding facility. It must be just down the road a ways.

Get to the Breeding Facility
Tag to Alan Grant and follow the blue stud route to the gate. Use Alan’s Raptor claw to slice through the vines to the gate’s right, revealing the pink slide bar. Tag to Amanda Kirby and make a running slide under the bar—that is, run at the bar then hit your Jump button at the last second to slide underneath.
On the other side, approach the jeep’s front bumper and grab the pulley hook; then pull it over to the gate. Go back to the jeep and activate the pulley to pull the gate open.
Tag to Billy Brennan, continue along the blue stud route to the wall, and smash the rocks blocking access. Scale the climbing wall, turn right, and smash the two blue InGen barrels into build-it pieces. Assemble them into a grapple loop. Tag down to Paul Kirby and toss his grappling hook at the loop to attach a climbing rope. Climb the rope to the top of the rock wall and hop down the other side.
Tag to Alan Grant and use his Raptor claw to cut through the vines. Tag to Paul Kirby, proceed to the gate, and use his grappling hook on the loop to pull the blue InGen box apart—a tracking item drops. Tag to Udesky, pick up the glowing component, and follow the green tracks until he digs up a key. Use the key to open the gate. Proceed through the gate to trigger the opening scene of the next level.
