The Redskins’ playbook is one of the most versatile in Madden NFL 17. You should target a mobile QB, but if you don’t find any worth selecting, you can still run a scheme good enough to win.

Defense

Washington has a 3-4 scheme that requires multiple LBs in most of their sets. No matter what, you can always find a spot for them: fast LBs in the middle, and stronger LBs on the outside to help set the edge in the run game.

Key Formation

The 3-4 Odd should be a great start against most challengers. Use the solid zone coverage to fan out and stop those TE routes.

If you don’t get the depth you need at LB, aim for big run-stopping DEs and use the Nickel 3-3-5 Wide formation.
