Inverse mode inverts the stage, gold gains are at +200% and the luck bonus is at +20%. Enemies are stronger (+200% HP) and they gain additional 5% max HP and 0.5% speed every minute.

Tired of fighting Red Death (Reaper)? Want to Farm Gold, or Golden Eggs? Here is how to Unlock the Seventh Trumpet and Endless Mode in Vampire Survivors. Beware though, every 30 minutes the enemies gain +100% HP, spawn at a +50% bigger rate, and deal more damage to you (+25%).
