Mission Brief
Rebel forces are reported to be moving to an extraction point in your patrol vicinity. Flush out all Rebels and hunt them down. They must not be allowed to escape.

This training mission serves as another tutorial for vehicle control. You are an Imperial scout trooper piloting a Speeder Bike in a thick forest of Endor. Rebel infantry, mounted on bikes themselves, flee to an extraction point. You must find and pursue them all the way to the final destination to complete the mission.

The Speeder Bike controls very similarly to the X-wing, except for two things: the throttle doesn’t serve as energy distribution (it simply accelerates and brakes) and the right stick operates slightly differently. Left and right still aims your reticle, while up and down increase and decrease elevation, respectively. This is very useful when dealing with obstacles placed in your path, such as downed trees. You can also use the left stick to strafe from side to side, which is invaluable in this location.
The only weapon is your blaster and your only ability is a speed boost, which is mapped to the Left Card slot. This thing is very fast and Endor’s forests are extremely dense, so work that throttle carefully while navigating your way through the thicket.
Regroup with patrol. Start out by following the narrow path ahead as you drive toward the first objective marker.
Intercept the Rebels. At a sweeping left turn, a group of Rebels on Imperial Speeder Bikes crosses just ahead. Accelerate directly behind them, being careful to steer under the toppled tree.
Use your blaster to take out the Rebels whenever one is in your sights. Hold the Soft Lock button to target one, and shoot with the Fire button. To get the third star, you must dispatch at least five Rebels.
Friendly AT-STs have been deployed in the middle of your route. Strafe left and right to avoid running into them as you remain on the Rebels’ trail. As you proceed through the level, more obstacles are continually thrown your way. Keep an eye ahead while continuing to pick off the enemy. Save your speed boosts for the clearings.
Eventually, AT-ATs block part of the path. Carefully navigate around them to avoid a friendly takedown. Tight turns, narrow sections, and logs continue slowing you down. Keep your speed up, even after you receive word that the extraction point has been neutralized. Eventually, you reach your destination, and the mission ends.
