Mission Brief

Admiral Ackbar has ordered a series of dawn raids on the forest moon of Endor. As charges detonate, their rumbling sound marks the successful completion of your mission.

However, the noise also alerts Imperial forces that are now moving into position to intercept. You must now hold out against the Imperial troops and survive at all costs before Admiral Ackbar and the Rebel fleet can come to your rescue.

May the Force be with you.

Collectibles

From the start, turn around and move up the hill past the sabotaged Imperial base and shuttle. Search behind the tree just beyond the tanks to find the first collectible.

Turn right from the start of the mission, and move under the Ewok village. Continue to the cliffs ahead to find a collectible sitting in a small clearing.

Turn right from the start of the mission, and move underneath the Ewok village. Head right to the cliff boundary, where another collectible sits in a clearing next to the outside of the map.

A destroyed AT-AT has come to rest toward one end of the Endor map. Starting from the Ewok village, run past the Imperial vehicle until you reach a narrowing of the map boundaries. Grab the collectible that floats above a puddle.

From the start of the mission, turn left and run to the far end of the map. Near the left cliffs rests another collectible, sitting out in the open. If you hug the perimeter of the map, you will run into it.

Set on the Forest Moon of Endor, much of this survival map is fairly wide open, despite the thicket of trees. You can usually use a tree or two to escape a foe’s gunfire, but you are not safe for long.

The two Star Card Hands play quite differently, but they both offer up vehicle-ready firepower. Stalker’s Ion Torpedo allows you to lock on to AT-STs at a distance. The Bowcaster works well in the wider openings of the forest against a line of approaching troopers, and the Personal Shield is great for protection as you charge the bolt launcher. Scoundrel provides two Ion weapons for use against the AT-STs and Probe Droids. You don’t need the Jump Pack to get the collectibles, but it does allow access to the higher platforms in the Ewok village.

Putting your back against the boundary offers some protection from flanking Imperial forces, but most areas still offer wide openings to your location. Look for a narrow strip beyond the annihilated AT-AT. Its small opening is easy to defend, but if things get overwhelming, it can be difficult to escape. Watch for hollowed-out logs scattered around the forest. They provide a short respite from enemy fire, but they are few and far between.

The forest canopy above offers great vantage points. Use the provided ramps to reach the walkways and huts among the trees. Foot soldiers climb to this first level, but you can use a Jump Pack to reach even higher platforms. Imperial forces won’t join you there, but there are many locations where they can hide from your gunfire. Weed out what you can, but you may have to drop down to finish the enemy off. If the AT-STs are too much for you, flee to the safety of the Ewok’ village overhead, and bombard them with Ion Grenades.

The collectibles in Survival on Endor are all located around the outside of the map. Hug the entire perimeter, and you should find all five. Each one lies on the ground, so no Jump Pack is required. Adding to the ambiance of the map, Ewoks are active throughout the village. They run when approached or shot at, and they even drop rocks from above.
