You can’t head out to the battlefield before you know where you’re going. You might be anxious to check off your objectives, but you need to listen to your briefing and pay attention before doing anything else.
General Wheeler and company will always give you an overview of events, and in addition to emphasizing your key mission objectives, the briefing may give you clues to the dangers ahead.
Once you arrive on-site, think about the terrain you’re about to traverse and your primary mission objectives. Are you starting in the water or under the cover of trees? Do you have a time limit to reach your destination, or can you take your time to pick off targets?
What is your first mission objective and how can you best get into position to accomplish it? Factor in as many variables as you can before leaving a safe spot and hunting down the enemy.
